1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Nordex Inter site and the presentation of financing services offered in collaboration with the KreditLand group.
2. Role of Nordex Inter
Nordex Inter receives and processes financing requests and supports the client through the process, in collaboration with the KreditLand group. The credit offer is drawn up and contracted by the group entity granting the financing, whose identity is stated in the offer.
3. Loan application
The online form is free and non-binding. Sending a request is neither an offer nor an approval of credit. Every request is reviewed on the basis of the information provided, which must be accurate and complete.
4. Offer and contract
If the request is accepted, an offer stating the amount, duration, rate, monthly payments and total cost of credit is given to the client. The contract is concluded only once the client signs the offer, subject to the cooling-off and withdrawal period provided by applicable law.
5. Fees
Reviewing a request involves no upfront payment. No sum must be paid before the credit offer is signed. Any cost is clearly stated in the offer.
6. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide accurate information and documents and to repay the credit according to the agreed schedule.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to contact@nordexinter.lu. We undertake to reply within a reasonable time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
